1. Age Requirements
Renters/ Drivers must be 22 years old for standard car groups and from 26 years old for other car groups. The maximum allowed driving age is 75 years.
2. Driving License
The driving license must be issued 1 year before the car pickup date. National driving licenses from EU and UK are accepted.
For guests from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other non-EU countries, the International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory.
For countries that have signed the Vienna Convention {List of Countries} an IDP is not mandatory.

Country Driver Must Hold:
- National Driving License: EU Nationals (including Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and N. Ireland, Switzerland & Liechtenstein nationals)
- Only card-type National Driving License: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Central African Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Georgia, Ghana, Guyana, Holy See, Indonesia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Niger,Pakistan, Peru, Philippines,Qatar, Republic of Korea, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tajikistan, Thailand, North Macedonia, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), Vietnam, Zimbabwe

3. Minimum Rental Period / Booking Length
The minimum rental period is 3 days. For booking period extension, the renter must contact Corfu Airport Car Rentals to renew the contract and to be informed for the extra charges that will apply. If the vehicle is returned later from the agreed time extra charges will be applied.
4. Traffic & Parking Fines
The renter is liable for the payment of all traffic fines and appended administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period.
5. Deposit
No Deposit is Required to Secure a Booking.
6. Third Party Insurance
The coverage of all Corfu Airport Car Rentals vehicles regarding damages against third parties is included in all contract prices as it is mandatory by Greek Law.
7. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Policy
Corfu Airport Car Rentals Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rental price with a certain excess amount of 150.00 euros. The drivers must return the vehicle in the same condition they received it. If the car needs extensive cleaning, the amount of 60 euros will be charged. Insurance does not cover damages regarding undercarriage, tyres and mirrors. All damages caused due to driving off-road, drink driving and taking drugs are not covered, the renter holds full responsibility and will have to bear any towing charges.
8. Full Damage Waiver (FDW) Policy
Corfu Airport Car Rentals Full Damage Waiver (FDW) insurance covers all repair costs with no excess, in case of an accident with another driver and it includes Third Party. Insurance does not cover damages regarding undercarriage, tyres and mirrors. All damages caused due to driving off-road, drink driving and taking drugs are not covered, the renter holds full responsibility and will have to bear any towing charges.
9. Tyres and Mirrors Policy
Corfu Airport Car Rentals Tyres and Mirrors insurance, the renter is not responsible for any damage to the Tyres and Mirrors if they opt for this insurance coverage.
10. Insurance Exemptions
If you have not been added to the rental agreement as an additional driver.
If driving under the age of 22 years.
If driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If driving against traffic regulations.
If driving off-road.
If the car is carrying more passengers than the number it is licensed for. Please note infants count as passengers.
If keys are stolen, lost or damaged.
Theft due to keys being left in the vehicle (negligence).
Theft of personal belongings.
Interior damages.
If driving under the age of 22 years.
If driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If driving against traffic regulations.
If driving off-road.

11.Accident or Damages
In case of a road accident or damages, the renter must inform Corfu Airport Car Rentals immediately.
12.Taxes
Our rates are final and include VAT and taxes.
13. Fuel & Mileage
The renter has to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered.
Fuel used during the renting period is covered by the renter.
If the car is returned with less fuel than upon delivery, the renter will be charged the difference.
If the car is returned with more fuel than delivered, NO refund is given.
Unlimited mileage on the island is included. The car is not to be driven outside the island.

14. Extra Equipment
Baby seats and booster seats cost 3 euros per day. GPS provided at an additional cost of 5 euros per day.
15. Delivery & Collection
Free of charge at Corfu International Airport from 08:00 until 21:30.
Deliveries after these hours are charged.

16. Availability
Cars are delivered according to the booked car category and NOT according to the car model booked. We try to assign to each reservation the chosen car model, but in case of no availability of the chosen model, our company reserves the right to offer to the customer any other model of the same category.
17. Method of Payment
Payment at the time of booking: Pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted.
Payment upon the arrival: Pay by cash or by credit / debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro). AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted.

18. Our Vehicles
All cars are fully checked and serviced.
All cars are cleaned and disinfected.

In case of breakdown, the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24hrs.

19. Cancellation Policy
Free cancelation 24 hours prior to arrival.
20. Restrictions
Driving the car outside Corfu Island is not allowed without prior written authorization from Corfu Airport Car Rentals. If the car is taken anywhere other than Corfu Island, the vehicle is not covered by insurance or road assistance. The renter will be charged per kilometer driven.
Pets are not allowed in the car.
Smoking is not allowed in the car. Driving whilst wearing wet swimwear is not allowed.
